Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 13:00. Check-out by 11:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be available on request, subject to availability — contact us directly.
2. Cancellation window
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
3. How to cancel
To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us directly by email or phone with your booking reference:

If your reservation was made through a payment provider (e.g. an online card payment), any refund due will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Changes to your stay
Date changes and room changes are subject to availability and may affect the rate originally quoted. Contact us as early as possible to arrange any change.
5. Bookings made through other channels
If you booked via Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or another third-party platform, that platform's own cancellation policy applies — please refer to your confirmation from that platform, or contact them directly.
6. Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to government travel restrictions or natural disasters) that prevent your stay, we will work with you in good faith on a rebooking or refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
