Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (eliteermousuites.com) and any booking, transfer, or excursion request made through it. By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference.
1. Reservations
Submitting a booking request through this website is a request to reserve a room, transfer, or excursion — it becomes a confirmed reservation once we (or, where enabled, our online payment system) confirm it to you in writing or by email. Room availability and prices shown on this site are pulled live from our channel manager but are not guaranteed until confirmed.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) per night and reflect the rates in our system at the time of your enquiry; they can change until a booking is confirmed. Where online payment is available, it is processed securely by Nexi; we do not store your full card details. A confirmed reservation may require full or partial payment in advance.
3. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to treat the property, its furnishings, and neighbouring guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end a stay, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, damage to the property, or violation of Greek law.
4. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Greek law.
5. Third-party platforms
If your reservation was made through a third-party channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or similar), that platform's own terms also apply to your booking.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from your stay or use of this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
