• For transfer or excursion requests: pick-up point, flight number, and similar trip details you provide
• Payment confirmation data from our payment processor (Nexi) once online payment is enabled — we never see or store your full card number

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to and fulfil your booking or enquiry (contractual necessity)
• To communicate with you about your stay, transfer, or excursion
• To process payment for a reservation, where online payment is used
• To meet legal obligations, including Greek accommodation and tax record-keeping requirements

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data necessary with:

• Hosthub, our channel manager / property management system, to create and hold your reservation and keep availability accurate across booking channels
• Nexi, our payment processor, to handle card payments securely — Nexi is PCI-DSS compliant and we never store your card details ourselves
• Public infrastructure providers whose content this page loads to render correctly: Google Fonts and Google Maps (Google may process technical data such as your IP address when these load — see Google's own privacy policy)

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

We retain booking and guest correspondence records for as long as required by Greek tax and accommodation law (typically up to 5 years), and delete or anonymize data afterward unless a longer period is legally required.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Object to or restrict certain processing
